Timothy L. Terry - is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Enterprise Bank, having joined the Bank in October 2002. Mr. Terry became Chairman of the Board in March 2007. Mr. Terry was employed as Senior Loan Officer at Palm Beach National Bank & Trust before joining Enterprise Bank. He has worked in the financial industry for over 30 years. Mr. Terry has a BBA degree in Finance from Western Michigan University and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. |

Michele R. Glorie - is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, of Enterprise Bank, having joined the Bank in May 1999. Michele has worked in the banking industry since 1989. She began her career as an Accounting Manager of a small community bank, Port St. Lucie National in St. Lucie County, before leaving as Controller when the bank was sold. She went on to work in several larger regional banks before settling in at Enterprise Bank. Because of Michele's community banking experience, she brings a broad understanding of the inner workings of a community bank which helps her understand all areas of the balance sheet. Mrs. Glorie has a BBA degree in Finance from University of Central Florida. |

Patrick M. Jacks – is Senior Vice President, Senior Commercial Lender, of Enterprise Bank, having joined the bank in August 2006. Patrick has worked in the banking industry for more than 18 years and was previously employed as Senior Vice President at Colonial Bank before joining Enterprise Bank. He has worked in commercial lending for over 13 years in Palm Beach County and has previously managed a commercial credit analysis team. Patrick has a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Florida. |

Ted A. Tetrick - is Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Credit Officer, of Enterprise Bank, having joined the Bank in July 2005. Ted began his banking career in 1975 with the First National Bank of Maryland. Ted was involved in various aspects of credit administration until 1983, when he assumed a commercial lending role with the bank. In 1988, Ted worked for First National Bank & Trust, in Indiana, first in a lending capacity and later in various loan review and credit administration roles, before becoming Chief Credit Officer in 2003. Ted received a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, a MBA in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. |

Sue Craig - is Vice President, Human Resources Director of Enterprise Bank, having joined the bank in August 2007. Sue began her career in training while at IBM and has worked in various human resources management roles since 1986. Prior to joining Enterprise Bank, Sue worked at Tyco Fire & Security Headquarters as the HR Manager and was responsible for all global HR projects. She also created and delivered the first on-line training program for employees at Medical Staffing Network and co-created the Human Resources Department for Bankrate, Inc. Sue has a BPS in Human Resources Management from Barry University and a certificate in e-Learning Instructional Design from the American Society of Training and Development. |
